Rage Room is a stress-relief mobile application that provides mini-games designed to help users release frustration in a safe, virtual environment. The App includes games such as dart throwing, punching bags, archery, tomato throwing, whack-a-mole, and shooting range simulations.

3. Purchase and Payment

3.1 One-Time Purchase

Rage Room is available for a one-time purchase price of $3.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). This purchase grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the App.

3.2 No Subscriptions

There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or in-app purchases required to access any features of the App.

3.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their refund policies. We recommend reviewing their policies before making a purchase.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

5. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

6. User Content

The App allows you to select photos from your device's photo library to use as targets within games. You are solely responsible for the photos you choose to use.

6.2 Content Guidelines

While photos remain entirely on your device and are not accessible to us, you agree not to use the App with:

• Images that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Illegal content
• Content that violates any third party's rights

6.3 Privacy of Your Content

7. Intellectual Property

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAGE ROOM BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Age Requirements

The App is intended for users aged 12 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 12 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.

12.2 Terms Updates
